Welcome to Willows House!

The Charming Blue Farmhouse on the Hill

Many have driven past Willows House & wondered about it: what's a 100-year-old farmhouse doing right at the top of the Willows Road business corridor? Willows House has a unique history, and a special place in the hearts of the Eastside's longtime residents. If you'd like to know a little more about it, read on!

Willows House is built on 92 acres of functioning, producing farmland.

1990's -2000's

Once the farmland was sold for development, Willows House was used for a series of businesses, including a popular bakery/cafe for the morning commuters. Eventually, the cafe closed and the property fell into disrepair.

Willows House is bought by the Meydenbauer Group, which embarks on a full-scale renovation of the house & grounds. With thoughtful intention, they made an effort to preserve many of the farmhouse's original features, updating the property while maintaining its unique charm & character.
